  4. Form the dough into a ball,place in a greased bowl,cover and allow to be doubled in size.
  5. After 1hour,punched down on the risen dough and transfer to the work surface.divide the dough into four small balls.cover and set aside to rise for another 1hour,grease the pan.
  6. Preheat oven for 5mins,brush the risen bread with egg wash(egg yolk,2 teaspoon water)orelted butter.
  7. Bake for 30minutes or till when done.
