  1. We test for yeast by dissolving our yeast in 1/2 cup of luke warm water plus one tablespoon of sugar so you keep that aside for 15mins. If at the end you check it and it doesn't look foaming and double in size that means your yeast isn't suitable for baking bread. So after after that you put your big bowl aside pour your flour,salt,remaining 3 tablespoons of sugar, the tested yeast,whisked egg,melted butter then mix.
  2. Then you pour your milk followed by adding little water as you continue mixing with your hand till it becomes little bit thicky like shown in the picture below
  3. So after mixing thoroughly with your hand without any lumps or particles i.e it must be smooth. Grease your palm and then put the dough on a clean surface to start kneading in and out and sprinkle little flour on the surface to avoid sticking.Knead for like 10 mins
  4. Then grease the bowl and put the dough back in the greased bowl then cover it for 1 and half hour.
  5. When you open it this is how it look like i.e it must have been doubled in size
  6. Take it out from the bowl and knead for like 3 minutes then shape the dough and put it inside your greased pan
  7. Cover and leave it for 30mins this is how it look like after 30mins
  8. Then bake for 20mins at medium heat…bring it out and allow it to cool before cutting. Enjoy your white bread!!!
