Steps to make Ewedu and amala:
  1. Wash and pick vegetable from stalk.
  2. Boil water for the cooking add iru and crayfish,tiny piece of potash and the ewedu.boil till is soft.
  3. When the vegetable is cooked beat to shreds with blunt top broom,add salt.
  4. Blend tomatoes,pepper,onion divide into 2 and set aside the half.
  5. Boil the goat and cow meat spice with salt,onion and royco cubes.
  6. Boil all the blended things and fry in bleached palmoil.pour in the boiled meat,add iru,crayfish,Salt,water and royco cubes
  7. Cook till the oil shows on the surface.in making amaka boil water and add the yam flour small small and stir very well to avoid lumps.
  8. Reduce the heat and boil for 5mins.
