Powder the sugar, add crushed almonds and pistachios along with elaichi powder and set aside. - Heat ghee and fry goond, let it cool and mix it with the other condiments. - Cook urad aata in the same ghee on a very low flame, stirring continuously, until fragrant and it changes colour to a light golden brown. - As the aata is ready, turn off the flame and instantly add the condiments and mix quickly and really well.
