Coconut Rose Modak- Stuffed sweet Dumplings made with coconut and condensed milk. I have used a modak mould, but you can shape them as a ball and make laddoo and roll them in some.   5. Flatten a little mixture of coconut on your palm. Place the stuffing in the centre of it. Place some more coconut mixture over it and roll into laddoos.
  6. Mix together chopped pan, gulkand and tutifruity for the stuffing.
  7. Finally roll the formed laddoos in dessicated coconut. The laddoos are ready.
