Steps to make Urad and chana dal:
  1. Firstly take a cooker add fall after wash add 2glass water And salt And turmeric powder now cover the lid after 1whistle low the flame boil it for 25 minutes
  2. Now take a wild add ghee And heat it now add onion fry it now add tomato and green chilli fry it now add red chilli powder And fry till leave ghee lastly add boiled Dallas And mix well boil it 2 minutes again
  3. Fall is ready to serve

These can be served with any chutney. Today I used chana dal and urad dal to make Chane Urad Dal Ki Kachori and they came out very nice. This is easy to make and perfect Recipe.
