  2. Get 2 cups beans
  3. Make ready 4 pieces scotch bonnet

Instructions to make Akara:
  1. Soak your beans and peel. Blend peeled beans with the Scotch bonnets until smooth
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl, add the diced onion, crayfish powder, salt and seasoning cube(according to your discretion)
  3. Pour oil into a frying pan and let it get hot to a certain stage
  4. Gradually portion your beans mixture into the oil, fry until golden brown on both sides and the inside is cooked.
  5. Your akara Is ready and it can be served with pap, bread etc
