  2. Take oil in a pan once the oil is hot add whole Spices…then add onions and saute it for 3-4 minutes don't over cook the onions…cook it until it is soft and transparent…then add ginger,garlic and green chillies…and cook for more 2-3 minutes
  3. Once onions r done add tomatoes,cashews,dry masalas and salt and add 2 cup of water
  4. Cover it and cook it until a boil comes… once it starts boiling..tomatoes and cashews r done switch off the gas and let it cool down
  5. Once it is cool…grind it into a paste…and add this gravy again in the pan and let it boil.. once it starts boiling add dried Fenugreek leaves… then switch off the gas and add cream and garnish with coriander leaves
  6. Mix all the ingredients of kofta balls and bind it together to make small balls…it is very delicate due to paneer so do it carefully
  7. Heat oil in a pan..and cook these balls in a medium flame…until it turns golden brown…
  8. Take it out in a tissue paper
  9. For rice… boil water add salt and whole Spices…once it starts boiling add rice…and cook it Al dente means to the tooth…don't over cook the rice… once the rice is done strain out the water and keep it aside…in a pan take oil add cumin seeds…once it starts cracking add onions…and cook it until it becomes golden brown…then add cashews and raisins..and cook it for 3-4 minutes switch off the gas and add it in the rice and mix well…garnish with coriander and serve hot
  10. For plating…keep kofta balls in a bowl pour curry on top…it won't break the balls…please don't mix the balls in the gravy… garnish with cream and coriander…serve hot and enjoy😊😊😊
