Instructions to make Kosai (Akara):
  1. Suck beans in water for a minute
  2. Remove d back and wash thoroughly,add water to the washed beans and allow to suck untill soft enough to be grinded (30 minutes)
  3. Wash your tattasai,tarugu, onions and garlic, and cut in to smaller pieces
  4. Grind the beans together with the vegies until it form a smooth paste
  5. Add your seasoning to ur test
  6. Mixed well
  7. Deep fry using hot groundnut oil
  8. Strain and serve hot
