  6. Get 2 tsp Ghee -

  1. Take a pan, add 2 tsp ghee. Keep in low flame. Add 2 cups of desiccated coconut and roast with ghee for a minute. Ensure you don't burn or allow it's colour to change.
  2. Once it gets aromatic, add cardamom powder, condensed milk, rose syrup and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a different plate and divide in two portions. - Grease the tray with ghee and take the 1st portion and spread even in the tray. With the help of spatula or spoon spread evenly.
  4. Spread gulkand evenly on the first layer. Now on the same plate, gently press the mixture and slowly place it on gulkand layer. Level it using a spoon. - Allow it to cool for 5-10 mins. Transfer to a plate. Slice it. Garnish with chopped pistachios. - - Delicious, rosy, juicy and soft Rose Gulkand Sandwich is ready to taste !!!!!
