  2. Ghee garam karen aur sewwayan ko tor kar dalen, fry karen low to medium flame pe, spoon se chalte rahen achi tarha bhun lein jab brownish colour
  3. Foran sheera dal ke mix karen, cook karen halki aanch pe
  4. Cover karen jab pani dry ho jae to khoya add karen mewa dalen, kewra bhi aur mix karen
  5. Thori der dum pe rakhen
