  3. Heat a flat bottom pan or non stick tawa and pour clarified butter on it.. Pour a ladle ful of batter and shallow fry the malpua till golden brown by flipping both sides
  4. Shallow fry all the malpuas flipping both the sides
  5. Stuff one spoon of khoya on the center of malpua and wrap..
  6. Garnish with pistachios and saffron strands
