  3. Now add heated condensed milk to the dessicated coconut along with rose syrup or food colour.
  4. Mix everything well until well combined. Switch the flame off and let it cool for a bit. Now Grease your hands with little ghee, take small portion from the coconut mixture, flatten it and add 1/2-1 teaspoon of gulkand in the center. - Bring the edges together and roll to form a ladoo.
  5. Roll the prepared ladoo in desiccated coconut. Repeat the same process with the remaining laddu. Delicious rose gulkand laddu is ready to be serve.
