The ingredients needed to make Aryfried Khoya-Dryfruits Gujiya:
  1. Get for outer covering :
  2. Get 1 cup maida
  3. Take 2 tbsp ghee
  4. Get for stuffing :
  5. Get 1 cup/100 grams khoya/mawa crumbles
  6. Get 3/4 cup/ 75 gms sugar powder
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp roughly chopped almonds
  8. Make ready 2 tbsp roughly chopped cashewnuts
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp roughly chopped pistachio
  10. Take 2 tbsp raisins
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp cardamom powder
  12. Make ready 1 pinch saffron strands
  13. Take as required Ghee for brushing gujiyas
Steps to make Aryfried Khoya-Dryfruits Gujiya:
  1. In mixing bowl add maida and ghee. Rub together to crumbs mixture. Add water and bind to stiff dough.
  2. In nonstick kadhai add khoya and saute for 5 minutes on slow flame. Cool the mixture.
  3. Add sugar powder and chopped dryfruits, raisins, cardamom powder and saffron strands. Mix well. Take one tbsp from khoya- dryfruits mixture and make tiny 12-14 muthiyas (as shown in fig)
  4. Divide the dough into equal 12-14 portion. Roll out into thin round puris. Brush the edges of roll Puri with water. Place each prepared khoya- dryfruits muthiya as shown in center. Fold in half,seal the edges and make the design with pinch and fold method(design for gujiya).
  5. Similarly prepared all gujiyas. Preheat Airfryer for 5 mins at 180 temperature. Brush prepared gujiya with ghee, arrange them in Airfryer. Air fry them at 180 temperature for 12 mins or till golden brown (in between flip them).
  6. Relish/ Serve AIRFRIED KHOYA- DRYFRUITS GUJIYA WITHOUT ANY GUILT during Holi festival.
