  7. Prepare 1 tbsp desi ghee

  1. Take the sugar, add the cardamom powder, water and lemon juice in a pan…lemon juice keeps the syrup intact
  2. Heat this over medium flame and cook it until perfect consistency appears…after this turn off the flame.
  3. In a bowl take the milk powder, maida and baking soda…mix well and add 1 tbsp of ghee..mix the mixture well, pour the milk and make a dough with that.
  4. Make small balls out of these.
  5. Heat ghee in a pan, deep fry the balls till golden brown.
  6. Finally heat the sugar syrup and deep the balls into that..
