Steps to make Khoya Rolls:
  1. Put khoya ingredients in a saucepan. Mix well and let it simmer until condensed. For rabri milk put all the ingredients and cook them till the quantity is reduced to half.
  2. De-border the bread slices.flatten the slices using the force of rolling pin.
  3. Use the khoya as a filling and make rolls using the flattened bread slices as the cover.
  4. Pour the hot rabri milk with saffron milk on top of the filled rolls. Garnish it and refrigerate it for an hour before serving.
