  5. Prepare 1/3 cup craisins dried cherries
  6. Take 1/4 cup natural granola, your favorite blend
  7. Get set up
  8. Prepare 1 parchment paper
  9. Take 1 baking dish 8x8 size

This fudge recipe uses only ⅓ cup of almond butter, and the rest of the fat comes from half an avocado, which helps ensure that the fudge will be soft—not liquid—at room temperature. Start by adding about two cups of almond butter to a large mixing bowl. After a good dinner one can forgive anybody, even one's own relations. I used at least twice that amount of cacao, maybe a bit more and no added sweetener at all since the banana is very sweet.

Steps to make Semi Healthy Fudge…….Maybe:
  1. Prepare the 8x8 pan by lining it with parchment paper leaving it to overlap the sides on baking dish.
  2. In a non stick sauce pan heat the condensed milk on a medium heat.
  3. Add in chips and mix until almost completely melted.
  4. Add in dried cherries and vanilla.
  5. Once chocolate is melted, pour into baking dish. Spread fudge to fill all the sides and make the top even.
  6. Sprinkle on granola and press into fudge.
  7. Chill for at least two hours to set.
  8. Cut into small sizes. Enjoy!
  9. This does not need to be refrigerated to store once it is set.
