The ingredients needed to make Khoya Jamun:
  1. Get 225 Grams Khoya
  2. Make ready 3/4 Cup Maida
  3. Get 1 Cup Sugar
  4. Take 3/4 Cup Water
  5. Prepare 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  6. Take Oil for frying
Instructions to make Khoya Jamun:
  1. First of all take khoya in a big plate and crumble it well with your hands.
  2. Now add maida in crumbled khoya and mix well and make a soft dough and rest it aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Now take dough and start making jamuns.
  4. Once the jamuns are ready the fry them in hot oil on medium flame.
  5. Take water in a pan add sugar,cardamom powder and make a sugar syrup.
  6. Drop this fried jamuns in sugar syrup and let them soak sugar syrup.
  7. Khoya Jamuns are ready.Serve hot or cold as per your choice.
