  26. Make ready 1 tsp coriander seeds

  31. Get 6 no red chilli dried
  32. Take 1 tsp sombu
  33. Get 2 no kirambu
  34. Take 1 tsp ullundhu parruppu
  35. Take seasoning :
  36. Make ready 1 tsp mustard seeds
  37. Get 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  38. Get 3 - 4 tsps ground powder
  39. Prepare 2 - 3 no tomato
  40. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  3. Heat a pan add oil mustard seeds,onion, green chilli, turmeric powder nad fry it for 5 min.
  4. Add smashed  potato and salt to it and mix it well. keep it aside
  5. Take another frying pan add oil mustard seeds, onion, tomato,chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder
  6. Add dhal, peas, smashed potatoes and ground paste and water, salt to it
  7. For ground paste take the powder and add water and mix it well now the ground paste is ready
  8. Leave it to the boiling point. now the masala is ready
  9. Take the puri's make it a small hole, stuff the potato masala, onion, carrot, add mint juice 1 tsp, pour the masala on it and  sparkle the onion, carrot, coriander leaves on it
  10. Serve it with hot…….yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!
