Take a pan and keep it on the stove, once the pan heats pour oil, once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts spluttering add onions, curry leaves, roast it, add green chilli paste salt, turmeric, again roast it. Add Ridge gaurd. Mix it. Close it with a lid. Keep the stove in low flame.
  4. Open the lid after some time and check whether it is cooked properly or not, if it is cooked add coriander powder, cumin powder, roast it in a low flame. Add milk, once the milk evoporates add seseme seeds powder. Then add coriander leaves. Mix it.
  5. Take it into a bowl and serve hot with rice /chapathi /roti.
