- Chill the cake in the fridge for 10 to 15 mins. in the mean time make the ganache. melt the chocolate and cream in double boiler method when the chocolate is completely melted…..and became in a room temperature pour this into cake and cover the nicely. then sprinkel some grated chocolate and chill the cake in the fridge for 30 mins.
