  4. Prepare 1/2 litre Milk
  5. Get 2 teaspoon coffee
  6. Make ready 1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  7. Prepare Icecube
  8. Take 2 teaspoon Chopped dry fruits
Instructions to make Ganache Cold Coffee:
  1. Making ganache. Chop the chocolate and add it to a large bowl. Set aside.
  2. Pour the heavy whipping cream into a bowl add chocolate.
  3. Heat water in a pan melt Chocolate with hai double boiler prosess.
  4. Melt it and mix heavy cream continue whisking in one direction until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  5. Allow to cool for about 10-15 minutes before using on a dessert.
  6. Making Coffee… Take 2 tsp milk in cup add sugar,coffee and wisking it in one direction until the mixture is smooth and well combined it fluffy
  7. Pour milk,coffee icecube and blend it.
  8. Pour in cup and mix ganache.
  9. Serve with Some cream and chopped dry fruits..
