  1. In a mixing bowl take banana,sugar and oil mix well by whisking until sugar dissolves.
  2. Now take all rest ingredients except baking powder,baking soda and vinegar,mix well and make a smooth batter.
  3. Finally add baking soda,baking powder and vinegar,mix all for 1 minute in one direction and batter is ready to bake.
  4. Transfer cake batter in a greased cake tin and place it in a cooker for 35 minutes on low flame and let it bake.
  5. After 35 minutes check the cake by inserting a toothpick,if it's comes clean it means your cake is ready otherwise bake it for more 5 minutes.
  6. Take out the cake tin carefully and allow it to cool completely,meanwhile start the procedure for making homemade chocolate ganache.
  7. In a pan take all ingredients,mix well then switch on the flame and cook it and keep stirring constantly until it becomes a thick paste.
  8. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool completely….apply on cake evenly from all the sides and garnish the cake with fruit jam,powdered sugar and tutti-frutti.
