  5. Heat oil fry them golden brown, tasty wheat fritters ready, let it cool down, it become crispy

In a large bowl add whole wheat flour and semolina and mix well. Now add ghee and rub the mixture together. It will form a sand like texture and. Traditionally ShakarPara is deep fried and made with all purpose flour (Maida), but presented here is a better version of ShakarPara recipe made with I also played around with different ratio of flours while perfecting the recipe. I have tried this recipe with just whole wheat flour as well but the texture.
