  1. Combine dal in a bowl and soak in enough water for 4- hours.drain well.
  2. Blend in a mixture till coarse using 1/2- cup water.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl,add all ingredients and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a kdai,add mixture usiy your fingers on a medium flame till turn golden brown colour from all sides.drain on an absorbent paper.
  5. Serve immediately with mithi chutney and tea.
