  2. Stir-fry the bamboo shoots in sesame oil on high heat for 1 minute.
  3. Add the flavoring ingredients and continue stir-frying on medium heat.
  4. After 5 minutes, only the oil will remain. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Done.
  6. Let sit for 5 minutes to let the flavors blend.
  7. When they are completely cooled they taste just like authentic seasoned bamboo shoots.
