  2. Take 2 cup wheat flour
  3. Take 1 tsp salt
  4. Get 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  7. Make ready For potato curry:
  8. Prepare 4-5 boiled chopped potatoes
  9. Get 1 big size chopped tomato
  10. Get leaves Some curry
  11. Take (2-3) Green chillies
  12. Take 1 tbsp kasoori methi
  13. Prepare 1 tsp mustard seed
  14. Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
  15. Take 1 pinch turmeric powder
  16. Prepare 1 tsp cumin powder
  17. Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder
  18. Get Salt as per taste
  19. Take 1 1/2 cup Water for gravy
  20. Take 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Steps to make Poori and Potato Curry:
  1. Arrange all the ingredients of puri in a bowl and make a semi hard dough. Keep it aside for 15min.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Then make small ball out of the dough and roll it into small size puris and fry it in the oil.
  3. For curry heat a pan with oil. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies. Then add tomato pieces. Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder. Mix it well and cover a lid for 5mins.
  4. Then open the lid. Press the soft tomatoes and mix it properly. Then add potatoes. And the add water. At last add kasoori methi. Cover it and let it boil for 5 more minutes. Then it will be ready to serve with hot puri.
