To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can have wheat kheer using 8 ingredients and 11 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Wheat Kheer:
  1. Prepare 1 cup soaked wheat
  2. Take 500 ml milk
  3. Get 50 gms khajur gur /jaggery
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp ghee
  6. Prepare as required dry fruits
  7. Make ready 1 pinch salt
  8. Prepare some saffron strands
Steps to make Wheat Kheer:
  1. Soak the wheat whole night. Take a grinder jar put the wheat.
  2. Roughly grind the wheat.
  3. Heat a pan add ghee put the cashew & raisin saute for a min. Then add roughly ground wheat saute for 1-2 mints.
  4. Nicely cook.
  5. Pour the boiled milk, mix it well.
  6. Heat a pan add jaggery& water, to melt the jaggery. Soak the saffron with hot milk.
  7. Pour the saffron milk with boiled kheer.
  8. Whenever the kheer is nicely cooked pour the melted jaggery, mix it well.
  9. Add green cardamom.
  10. Wheat kheer is ready to serve.
  11. Cool it & garnish with pistachio & saffron serve it.
