  5. Prepare 2 TBS oil
  6. Make ready 2 TBS oyster sauce
  7. Get 2 tsp fish sauce
  8. Take 1 pack Egg noodles
  9. Make ready Half Onion
  10. Get 1 tsp Sriracha sauce (optional)

When I first became a vegetarian, I fell in love with P. Chang's and their vegetarian lettuce wraps. This version of Szechuan Sauce has Szechuan Pan Sear the tofu with oil, salt and pepper. Feel free to use a wok or skillet!

Steps to make Veggie wok:
  1. Cut all veggies
  2. Boil veggies (not paprika) and noodles for 7 mins
  3. Put the work in high temp with oil and onion
  4. Add veggie and noodles
  5. Add all seasoning and stir fry for 2 mins, add paprika and serve.

This version of Szechuan Sauce has Szechuan Pan Sear the tofu with oil, salt and pepper. Feel free to use a wok or skillet! Take your time here and get it. Veggie and Tofu Stir-Fry gives you that delicious seared, slightly smoky taste that you enjoy in a good Chinese restaurant but are the results from your own wok. Pour an inch of vegetable oil into the bottom of your wok, heating over a high heat until it is smoking-hot.
