  2. Make lemon sized balls out of spinach dough and roll it on the rolling board to give the shape of pooris
  3. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and fry the pooris by flipping(turning over) from both sides at medium flame one by one
  4. Take out the pooris from oil and put on an absorbant paper towel to soak up excess oil
  5. Fry all the pooris with same(flipping) process
  6. Yo'r spinach pooris r ready
  7. Transfer in a plate on a paper napkin
  8. Serve hot with yo'r favourite vegetable or curry with hill lemon and ginger pickle fo' getting a dash of taste
