Hey everyone, it is Jim, welcome to my recipe page. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, puff-puff. One of my favorites food recipes. This time, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Puff-puff is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions daily. Puff-puff is something that I have loved my entire life. They are fine and they look fantastic.

To begin with this recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can have puff-puff using 5 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Puff-puff:
  1. Take 2 cups flour
  2. Take 1/4 cup sugar
  3. Take 1/2 tbls yeast
  4. Get Little nutmeg
  5. Take Warm water

The term "Puff-Puff" comes from the Japanese onomatopoeia for a woman rubbing her breasts in someone's face. Nigerian Puff Puff is that spongy, deep-fried, spherical snack that originated from Nigeria. It is soft and springs back to touch, you know, like when you pinch a foam sponge. Puff Puff could also be filled with and drizzled with chocolate then eaten as a dessert.

Steps to make Puff-puff:
  1. Seive the flour in a bowl add nutmeg,yeast and sugar mix together.
  2. Add warm water in the dried ingredients whisk until u form a soft paste not too watery. cover the mixture and let it rise for 40mints.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and start scooping the paste with your clean hands or you can use a scoop to fry in the oil until it turns golden. Sprinkle some sugar on top to add taste. Enjoy
