  2. Prepare 2 table spoon yeast
  3. Get 2 table spoon milk

The term "Puff-Puff" comes from the Japanese onomatopoeia for a woman rubbing her breasts in someone's face.   1. In a bowl add the warm water, yeast and sugar and stir allow to settle for 2 min
  2. In a separate bowl sieve the flour add salt and dry milk and mix
  3. Combine the dry ingredients with the mixture of water and yeast and whisk all the ingredients together do not allow it to become too thick or too watery
  4. Cover the mixture and allow to rise for like 30 min
  5. Put oil in frying pan and fry by making balls using hand
