Hey everyone, I hope you are having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to make a distinctive dish, steamed egg pudding. One of my favorites. This time, I will make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Steamed egg pudding is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Steamed egg pudding is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can have steamed egg pudding using 6 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Steamed egg pudding:
  1. Make ready 1 large duck egg. Yes duck :)
  2. Get 2 large chicken eggs
  3. Take Salt and white pepper
  4. Get 2 cups lukewarm water
  5. Take touch Garlic oil for final
  6. Make ready Salt and white pepper or chicken powder
Steps to make Steamed egg pudding:
  1. Prep your steamer with water and heat it up. Stat!
  2. Crack your eggs into a large prep bowl.
  3. Add the lukewarm water stir it gently and season with salt and pepper and chicken powder. What you are trying to achieve is a milky liquid. Tips: do not whisk the liquid.
  4. When everything is combine prep a fresh ceramic or heat proof medium large bowl, get your strainer. Pour strain the liquid into the bowl.
  5. Steam for 10-15 minutes (goal : silky pudding texture) put off the heat take it out and put the garlic oil on top. Serve while it's hot. Here in the picture is just my variation because i have dried shrimp left over but the original recipe only use garlic oil.
