To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have beetroot puri using 5 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Beetroot puri:
  1. Prepare 1 bowl Maida
  2. Prepare 1 bowl Beetroot juice
  3. Take 1 pinch Salt
  4. Take 2 tsp Til
  5. Prepare Oil for deep frying
Steps to make Beetroot puri:
  1. Grind the grated Beetroot in mixer adding water make juice
  2. Take maida add salt,til,1tsp hot oil mix well
  3. Add beetroot juice to make medium hard dough for puri knead it and put aside for 10 minutes
  4. Now make small balls and make puris
  5. Heat the oil,deep fry the puris in the oil Beetroot puri is ready
