  18. Get Mixture of 1 tablespoon of cornflour in 1/2 cup of water

This Singaporean Rice dish is perfect for parties, lunches and big events. It's something different from your regular biryanis and gravies. A platter of Singaporean rice has got everything. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce into the mayonnaise, give everything a good mix and set aside.

Instructions to make Singaporean rice with gravy sauce:
  1. Boil the spaghetti and rice in a different pot and set aside
  2. In a pot add 2 tablespoons of oil then first add the onions stir till it starts turning brown then add the chicken breast
  3. Stir for about 4 mins then add green pepper,red pepper, garlic,ginger,and hot pepper. Cover the pot and let it cook for some mins
  4. Add 1 cube maggi and stir then add the 2 tablespoons of ketchup and stir. Lastly add the corn flour mixture and cover the pot for 2 minutes
  5. Using a frying pan add 1 tablespoon of butter then add garlic and green pepper and stir. We are going to use it to garnish
  6. To make a plate. First u make a layer with rice, then top it with spaghetti, add the sauce and finally garnish with the veggies and mayonnaise

A platter of Singaporean rice has got everything. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce into the mayonnaise, give everything a good mix and set aside. Boil until rice is almost done, drain the water and put the rice back into the pot. Drizzle the mayonnaise sauce all around the edges and some in the center. Singaporean Rice is one of my favorite dishes, it has two reasons, first, it is very different in serving and in taste too.
