Instructions to make Palak Biryani:
  1. Heat the water add salt, oil, 2 to 3 cloves 1 cinnamon stick,bay leaves when it starts boiling add washed rice.
  2. For Puree: Take mixer jar add coriander, mint, palak and blend well and make puree.
  3. Prep all veggies,freshly made garlic paste boil green peas.
  4. Take oil in pan add zeera, cloves, cinnamon and garlic paste and saute it then add onion,capsicum saute it for 2 mins add tomatoes and green peas and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  5. Now add gravy and add all spices and cook well then add boiled rice and cook in slow flame for 10 minutes and serve with raita and papad.

Soak Black Channa with enough water for atleast. Aromatic and easy biryani with Palak (Indian Spinach) and potatoes/aloo. Fry the paste until the raw smell of tomatoes and Palak leaves.
