  1. Mix both flours add salt green chilli paste and water to make smooth batter whisk batter in one direction for 3 minutes to make it fluffy and then rest it for 10 minutes.
  2. Take oil in pan put on heat. peel the potatoes & make thin slices with the help of slicer.
  3. When oil heats take one slice, dip in batter and fry in oil.Now turn gas on slow flame and flip it and cook it from both the sides till golden, it's ready.
