  1. Take 1 Beetroot (Big & cubed/chopped)
  2. Prepare 1 Cup water (to boil the beetroot)

  6. Prepare 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder (Homemade)

  3. Now, in a parat/bowl- take all the ingredients aforementioned, altogether- add in the half portion of the cooked beetroot paste (or as is required)
  4. Now, prepare a soft & smooth dough (alike any other chapati dough), cover it & set aside for at least 30 mins time
  5. Now, in deep frying pan- Add sufficient oil for frying the puris & let it become rightly hot enough- make the dough balls of your choice & roll out each one of that to yield into the delicious & delectable beetroot puris…
