To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook fruit mix using 3 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Fruit Mix:
  1. Prepare 20 ounces canned pineapple chunks in 100% pineapple juice
  2. Take 15 ounce can diced mangoes in light syrup
  3. Prepare 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions to make Fruit Mix:
  1. Drain both cans liquids into a bowl
  2. Set aside the pineapple and mango chunks.
  3. Mix the liquids well pour off a 1/4 cup of it and mix it with cornstarch
  4. In a pot add the liquids bring to a boil.
  5. Stir the cornstarch solution and add to boiling liquids
  6. Stir till thickened
  7. Add back to the fruits
