  2. Take 4 Split green chillies

  5. Get 2 tsp Rasam powder
  6. Make ready 2 tsp Coriander leaves for garnish
  7. Make ready For Tempering
  8. Get 2 tbsp oil
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  10. Get 10 curry leaves

Kokum rasam/juice is good summer drink. This is good for pregnant women, kids and everyone. Kokum has many more therapeutic uses. Rasam can also be made by omitting coconut milk. Whenever a recipe calls for tamarind, you can replace it with Malabar tamarind.
