The ingredients needed to make Solkadi (kokum Kadi):
  1. Get Half cup fresh coconut
  2. Make ready Pinch salt
  3. Take 2 tsp kokum syrup
  4. Prepare 1 green chilli
  5. Take 1-2 small pieces of ginger

This juice as known as digestive juice also. Sol Kadi is drink which is made from Kokum or Aamsol and coconut milk. Sol kadi cools down the digestive system after eating spicy food. Kokum itself is supposed to be an.

Steps to make Solkadi (kokum Kadi):
  1. Cut coconut, chili, and ginger in small pieces.
  2. Add coconut, chilli and ginger in mixer grinder. And make a paste.
  3. Now add half cup of water and make paste add this paste in strainer and strain the milk of coconut.
  4. Remove all the milk from coconut and again add coconut paste in grinder add half cup water and grind it. Again use strainer and strain the milk. Repeat this process for 3 times and strain the milk.
  5. Add kokum syrup in this milk and mix it well. Add salt as per your taste. Chill it and have it.
