  18. Make ready 1 cup capsicum
  19. Take 1/2 cup spring onions
  20. Get 1 cup mangoes
  21. Get to taste Salt
  22. Prepare 1 tbsp corn flour
Steps to make Sweet & sour chunky mango chilli chicken:
  1. Cut chicken in cubes and keep in a large bowl
  2. Add salt, red chilli, lemon juice and corn flour in chicken and mix well
  3. Deep fry all chicken pieces in hot oil and take out from oil when turn golden brown. Keep a side in a plate
  4. Take a sauce pan add some oil.
  5. Add chopped garlic and cook a little bit
  6. Add mango puree, salt, red chilli flakes, lemon juice, soya sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup and honey into oil and cook with garlic till boil comes. Add some water and cook till boil.
  7. Now dissolve cornflour into 3_4 tbsp of water and add into spices. Mix well till mixture thickened.
  8. Than add fried chicken and mix well
  9. Now add chopped capsicum and mix
  10. Than add chopped spring onions and mix well
  11. In the end add chopped mangoes and mix
  12. Cook for another 2_3 minutes and dish out for serving
