  3. Add the chicken pieces and mix well, coating all the pieces. Cover and refrigerated for 2 - 3 hours.
  4. Thread the chicken onto the skewers, alternating the meat with chunks red, yellow and green capsicum.
  5. Brush with ghee. Heat a Tawa on a low medium heat. Grill the skewers for 12 - 15 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot along with a glass of cranberry mojito.
