The ingredients needed to make Steamed chicken kebab:
  1. Prepare 400 gms chicken mince
  2. Take 2 tbsp coarsely pounded ginger-green chilli
  3. Prepare 2 tsp crushed black pepper
  4. Prepare 3 tbsp coarse power of cashews-almonds
  5. Take 1 tbsp lime juice
  6. Get leaves Chopped mint
  7. Prepare to taste Salt

  1. Take chicken mince in a bowl, add all the ingredients, mix well.
  2. Roll it in cylindrical shape.
  3. Wrape them individually in silver foil and twist the ends well.
  4. Refrigerate atleast 2-3 hours.
  5. Steam wrapped kebabs for 25 minutes in a steamer/rice cooker/idli cooker. And unwrap when it cools down slightly.
  6. Cut them, You can toss them in sauce of your choice, or just stir in a spoon of oil, make a dip of mustard sauce, tabasco and cream cheese mix and serve along. Alternatively serve them with stir fried veggies.
