  12. Make ready 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  13. Prepare 1 Tsp Salt
  14. Prepare 1 Tbsp Oil
  15. Take 1 Tsp Baking powder
  16. Get 1 Egg
  17. Take For SAUCE
  18. Take 2 cup Chicken Stock
  19. Prepare 1 cup Ketchup
  20. Get 1/4 cup Chilli sauce
  21. Make ready 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  22. Prepare 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  23. Make ready 1/2 Tsp sugar
  24. Get 1/2 Tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
  25. Make ready 2-3 Tbsp cornflour
Instructions to make Chicken Shashlik:
  1. Pound the boneless chicken & cut in cubes. Mix all marination ingredients together.Add chicken cubes to marinade, mix well & keep covered in fridge for 1 hour.
  2. Add oil in a pan, add chicken pieces only and fry on high heat to give colour. Then lower the heat, add all marinade juice in pan. Cover & let chicken cook in it's sauce.
  3. To make sauce. Take chicken stock in a pot. Add all ingredients except cornflour, give a boil to blend all things well. Lower the heat.add cooked chicken cubes from pan in the sauce, cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
