  20. Take 5 to 6 Red chilli dry
  21. Take 2 tbsp Red chilli sauce
  22. Get 1 tbsp Vinegar
  23. Make ready 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  24. Make ready 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  25. Make ready 3 Garlic chopped
  26. Get 1 tsp Black pepper
  27. Take 2 tbsp Cornflour to make slurry in water

Rice is stir fried with chicken strips, veggies and sauces in high flame for that extra taste.   1. FRY the Marinated chicken deep fry untill cooked
  2. Now prepare sauce take red chilli dry, chopped garlic saute it i a pan in oil.
  3. Put soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, an black pepper and the cooked chicken give a good toss and cook it
  4. Add the cornflour slurry to make the sauce thickened check out the salt, add if needed.
  5. For fried rice : boil the rice and cook it keep ready
  6. In a walk take oil, chopped garlic and green chilli to the pot and saute it
  7. Add onion, carrots, capsicum sliced into the walk on high flame for 2 mins.
  8. Put soy sauce 1tbsp vinegar 2tbp, red chilli auce 2tbsp black pepper powder salt if needed and add the boiled rice mix it well
  9. Sprinkle the chopped spring onion andcook for 5 min on low flame untill rice is cooked to it's perfection.
  10. Serve and enjoy with the chilli checken and enjoy

This dish was very well liked by the whole family. And Yes the kids do love it. I used all fresh vegetables and seasoned the pieces of chicken so the prep time was longer than stated. They are perfect for chicken fried rice or Fenugreek & egg fried rice. And, you can prepare chilli chicken bites when you have guests at your home as they Increase the high flame and add capsicums.
